After appearing on GFXBench and GeekBench in the past, Samsung new smartphones, codenamed SM-J720F and SM-J720M have been spotted on WiFi Alliance. Four models including SM-J720F (Single SIM and Dual SIM) and SM-J720M (Single SIM and Dual SIM) have received WiFi certificates. As per the listing, the upcoming Samsung devices will be launched with Android v8.0.
As per GFXBench listing, Samsung SM-J720F will have a 5.5-inch HD screen, powered by an Octa-Core Exynos 7885 chipset coupled with 4GB of RAM and 32GB of native storage. Camera-wise, the phone will have a 13-MP rear shooter and an 8-MP selfie snapper.
It has been speculated that SM-J720F could be launched as the successor of last year’s Samsung Galaxy J7 (2017). Rumours hint it to be called as Samsung Galaxy J8 (2018)
